Terms of use

Last updated October 20, 2026

These terms cover your use of Quorum Council, run by Justin Wills LLC, a California company ("we"). By using it you agree to them. Questions: council@quorum.ceo.

The service

A council sends your decision brief to AI models from several companies, has them answer and rank each other's answers, and writes one report. Reports are written by AI models. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date.

Not professional advice

Reports are for your own thinking. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice, and nobody at Justin Wills LLC reviews them before you see them. Check anything important with a qualified person before you act on it. You're responsible for your decisions.

Your account

Anyone can make an account by signing in with their email. Keep your sign-in email and any private connector link to yourself. You're responsible for what's done with your account and connected apps.

What you can't do

Your content

Your briefs and reports are yours. You let us store and process them, and send them to the model companies, so we can run your councils. Our privacy policy says how.

As is

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or stop it. To the extent the law allows, Justin Wills LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes and law

If we change these terms we update the date at the top. California law governs them.
